The Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood was blown away by celebrity guest Marshawn Lynch.
Appearing on good morning america Earlier this week, the Hollywood Handshake King revealed that the retired NFL player (who won the Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks) graced the big white tent recently, but he wasn’t prepared for what came next.
“Last week, I was filming a very top-secret bake-off and we had Marshawn Lynch on, and he was crazy. Absolutely crazy. He was amazing.

“He was great, I’m a big fan, so it was nice to have him on. bake-off is all about having fun in the tent, that’s what it’s all about,” Hollywood said. “I try not to judge harshly, but I do judge honestly.”
Although Lynch won’t be widely recognized amongst UK TV viewers, it sounds like his episode is unmissable.

Meanwhile, Hollywood has also recently recalled the TV show’s “horrendous” move from BBC to Channel 4 in 2017, when he received backlash due to the reported doubling of his salary.
“Oh, I was called every name under the sun. It was so horrendous, I actually cried. No one wants to be painted as the pantomime villain, especially when I was just sticking with a job I loved. But you can’t kick against it. David Walliams actually took me aside and said: ‘Mate, it’s just a game. Enjoy it.’ You’re clickbait, basically.”
The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it’s known as The Great British Baking Showand streams on Netflix.
